The 28 Day FitBlitz is the simple to follow at home training program that includes videos, instructions and a complete workout program for those getting back to exercise postpartum.  This program is safe for pregnancy and there are special modifications for your needs if pregnant. All the resources you need are here in one spot and will be available to you as you need them.
