The FitHiit is 8 weeks of high intensity interval training workouts and these can be done anytime anywhere.

This program is for advanced FitMamas who have rehabbed their core after baby and are ready to take their results to the next level. 

The FitHiit is advanced body composition design to give you a more lean, toned appearance and in the signature FitMama style of strong from the inside out.

The FitHiit

This 8 week at home workout program can be done anywhere with no equipment. It is specifically designed to change your body composition by pushing your body in unique ways. The workouts are all under 30 minutes and start out around 10-15 minutes and get progressively harder as you get stronger. This portal includes a PDF download of all the workouts as well as videos so you can see how all the moves should be done.
